M/M teams love leg 3 curse?

I hope the curse continues would love if they won every 1st leg or 2nd & keep thinking they have this thing tied up then in the finale they get out runned by Brendon and Rachel but especially the girl Rachel!

There are 14 M/M leg 3 winners . Only 2 went all the way to the finale. (Eric/Jeremy , Jet/Cord)

 :o And 6 of them , placed 4th. (Zev/Justin , Andy/Tommy , Globethrotters , Derek/Drew  , Oswald/Danny and Kevin/Drew)

Actually in China we have a lot of TAR activities and leg 3 winners never win as well!

I will speculate that those teams who win Leg 3 without winning anything else are just those with extra stamina to compensate for the first drop in energy caused by Legs 1 and 2.
