These are the new ones from the intro caps. There are also three shots of wild animals ( gnou, lion and cheetah)

#3 - could be a vista of the Ngorongoro Crater in Tanzania (with possible pitstop at the Ngorongoro Crater Lodge)

#9 - this is recycled, it's the Umeda Sky Building , Osaka, Japan.  TAR's been there, done that.

#10 - cricket could actually be in Tazania (only because the trees in the background match those in Tanzania, and not tropical Kirala).

That's an acacia tree. Those are found from Africa through Asia and Australia.
