I really don't know if this tweet is about TAR Norway, but the description does fit one of the teams, so I'll post it here. It does conflict with ovalorange's info (I assume he meant Australia and not Austria). If there's another race running, maybe somebody will make the connection with that one. Here is the tweet:

That could fit perfectly! AusTRALIA is still upcoming. As far as we can tell, the info on AUS is very reliable. It is just too specific to post right now...
And since TAR Israel should have had their finale in Singapore, I am not aware of any other races running just now.

Here's a further update from Kris Carlon, who saw the teams racing at Nahargarh Fort in Jaipur.

@Plaidmoon Hi, they absolutely might hav been Norwegian. They were looking 4a travel agency in Jaipur. I also saw 2young guys racing as well

It sounds to me like Kris saw them leaving for the airport at the beginning of the leg. It's possible that they went straight from Dubai to India and we haven't missed a leg, though it's also possible there was a leg between Dubai and India. Timing would be tight for that though. Being a first time production, I'd expect them to allow more time between legs than the American version.
