I apologize for not doing this weekly during the TAR 25 season, I will be adding that this weekend, and will list the teams in the thread by placement average, and in the OP in the order of finish, as normal.

theschnauzers:
Season has been added to the opening post.

theschnauzers:
Sorry for the delay in getting season 26 added. I had a major publishing project to complete that I didn't know about until mid-December, and as it was, it was a week later than normal going out (on Sunday), as it was a new edition (with 4000 or so pages in print) and everything had to be reorganized and scrutinized.

theschnauzers:
With things being quieter, I will be resuming the weekly leaderboard and weekly trends postings (in the other thread) this weekend.

This season's Racers, please look at the first post for a complete explanation of the ranking system I use to compare all Races and teams in a complete ranking system. It isn't the end-all or be-all of which teams are better, but it is an objective measurement for a starting point for those discussions. This does offer some interesting insights which is apparent from the posts in this thread, when I transferred this ranking list from the now-dearly departed TWoP forums which are no more and no longer online.

The trending measurement is not something I do every season, but usually do when it is apparent that the season is quite competitive, and help shows how teams are faring during the season. When I'm feeling particularly brave, towards the end of an season I will project the range of possible final placement averages for the then remaining teams. Just so you know.
