Season 25 Misty/Jim survived leg 5(Keith/Whitney got U-turned), Tim/Te Jay boosted because of horrific detour, in leg 11 Brooke & Robbie went down to last place but saved by F4 twist before ended in leg 12 midway
Season 21 Jost & Brent ended in Turkey, Rockers lost passport in Russia and Abbie & Ryan's U-turn target leaving F4 with Nana, Chips, Trexi and Monster Trucks, Monter Trucks might face a difficult with self-driving car legs
Season 22 Maxie might face a difficult in delivery task, then Roller Derby booted in Scotland and Carol/Jen lost in Northern Ireland, leaving F3 with Pwinnie, Youtube and Hockey Bros

S18 Gallory got MPE, Kisha & Jen still win
S19 Amani & Marcus got MPE, both three other teams had a chance to win (taxi dynamics changed)
S20 Brenchel got MPE, Dave & Rachel still win because Vanessa's injury
S21 Josh & Brent got MPE at pizza delivery task, Jaymes & James win
S22 Mona & Beth got MPE, Hockey still win
S23 Nicole & Travis got MPE, Jason & Amy or Leo & Jamal win

^ In TAR 21, IIRC, Trey and Lexi were in first, Josh & Brent were in second, and Jaymes & James were in first for the majority of the leg. Jaymes & James would most likely be eliminated at the midpoint (the Twinnies would probably be better at navigating the streets of NYC), and it would come down to Josh & Brent and the Twinnies at the UN RB.

TAR 17, 20 nothing changed (only one U-turn board for each seasons)
TAR 19 nothing changed (When Laurence & Zac reached leg 8 U-turn board, both slots had been used)
TAR 21 nothing changed (both Gary & Will, Rob & Keller booted)
TAR 22 nothing changed (When Joey & Meaghan reached leg 10 U-turn board, both slots had been used)
a question for TAR 18 who was U-turned by Kent & Vyxsin in leg 9, would Jet & Cord have a chance to survive

The thing is, if a team was allowed to use U-Turns more than once per race, perhaps they would consider using the first one that occurs more, as now they think it's too early to waste their only power. So it's hard to predict anything FMPOV..
