Yeah, but to me was the same feeling as when Dan and Jordan beated Jet and Cord.Just ew.
scruffs:
Well congrats to them... I'm not shocked but I'm kinda hoping a different winner... :xmas49
bc922:
Congratulations to Ernie and Cindy! :cmas16 Though I was rooting for another team, I felt that Ernie and Cindy were the strongest team heading into the final leg.
The cryptic clues were great but I wish the memory challenge was a bit more difficult. Maybe arranging different objects relating to each leg would have posed a greater challenge. That could include the "clue boxes" (like the mailbox in Denmark), not-written clues (coat of arms object given to teams at the orphanage during Indonesia 1) and the clue givers' attire (Panama dancers, Tabacco runners in Malawi).
Best Loser:
Seeing the final task... what was the deal with the clueboxes this season?

THIS is something I agree with wholeheartedly. I'm not going to rant about Ernie & Cindy again, as I've already expressed my views sufficiently, but TAR19 has been the worst season ever, and I'm actually contemplating whether it will even be worthwhile to stick around for TAR20. This season has been beyond dreadful, aside from Leg 7. The rest of it (except maybe Leg 6) has been awful, with terrible task design.
The final leg, for me, was terrible. Are we seriously going to decide who gets a million dollars based on a flight simulator and who can type fastest? That's just preposterous. Whoever designed this leg needs a real wake-up call. Abysmal doesn't even cut it.
The map thing was not even a good memory task - when we saw that teams were provided with little images in their clues of the countries, I was hoping that they'd have to search a bunch of pieces for the correct country pieces, which would've been a challenge at least. It isn't that hard to remember where 8 countries are situated, considering one is the US, two are extremely large (Thailand and Indonesia) and if you know where Germany is, you'd already know where Denmark and Belgium are, considering they took a train through there. The only potential difficulty was identifying Taiwan and Malawi, and even those aren't very difficult.
TAR19 - absolutely horrid, in my opinion. I will be sticking around for TAR20, but they had better come up with something better than this.
This was the second worst final leg of all time, behind TAR16's mess, in my opinion.
