I just found that tweet from Juan Ortega too. I think it's highly suspicious as well, but I asked him where his web site is.
I don't think he'd be posting in Spanish from Brazil. Iguacu Falls would be a nice destination, but I don't know if you'd go there through Buenos Aires rather than Rio De Janeiro. From looking at driving directions on Google maps, it's slightly closer to Buenos Aires than to Rio De Janeiro - 1300 km vs. 1500 km, not that they would be driving it.
I tried looking for Juan Ortega on Facebook, but it's about like typing in John Smith. Thousands of hits.

I was going to question the Mesquita Omar Ibn Al-Khatab being in Brazil, but apparently it's a real site in Foz de Iguacu.

Juliaca is apparently in Southeastern Peru. It was posted while we were trying to figure where TAR was going to in South America and Peru was a possibility. It looks like someone is following our chatter and trying to mislead us. So far, it's been pretty easy to spot.
