The panoramic image of the plaza that someone linked to from paraguay3d.com shows a roughly 10 story building across the street from the plaza and it lines up well with the stairwells in the picture docol posted. Really good work going on right now! I'm impressed.

Hoy vi gente de "The Amazing Race" (creo) grabando tomas en el campus
Today (yesterday) i saw people from "The Amazing race" (i think) filming in the campus (university campus i guess). He is from Asuncion, maybe a location before Plaza de la Democracia.
