From the Promo that Prophet posted we can make some observations:
1) The Bunny side of the Detour requires teams to assemble their Kanninhop course. We see piles of unassembled components at the bottom of each lane.
2) There are 7 lanes, the one on the far right (bunny's right) is the example
3) The lane next to the example has been selected by Bill & Cathi.
4) While Bill & Cathi are Kanninhopping we see 5 unused lanes to their left and also 4 piles of components for the four lanes to their left (5th pile is out of view).
5) There is a distinctive component in the lane immediately left of of Bill & Cathi's: a red and black ladder structure. We see that component in the clip of Amani running her rabbit.
6) There is another distinctive component in the 3rd lane to the left of Bill & Cathi: a square post that is painted pink with a light blue top. We later see that is a component in Laurence & Zac's Kanninhop course.
7) Zac is running a rabbit in the 3rd from the left lane while Jeremy & Sandy are running up the hill (they may have just gotten the instructions or they may have finished or they may have decided to go do the Butter churn half of the Detour instead).

Also, the two halves of the Detour are right next to each other at Frilandsmuseet. So when a team is leaving it would be very easy to see who is still working their Detour choice. The windmill with the Double U-Turn is about 3 minutes away if you run to the correct windmill. There are three windmills there so there is some chance to loose time going to the wrong one.
It is a huge place and very easy to get lost even if you do have the map: the building at the bottom of the lanes is #8, the Butter churning is in #42
