I don't know if this is showing on BBC America or MTV but the episodes can be watched on YouTube. I found it quite interesting that bratty, self-indulgent teens leave their own homes and travel to another country to live in a new environment and new parents. The new parents are amazing in the way they mold their own children and ultimately make a difference in the teens. (Hat Tip to Joab for posting a link to this show.)  :<3
