I don't think so. The guy on the right has a full sleeve tattoo on his right arm - Steve Peacocke doesn't.

Guys, thanks to help from Rich & Peach, it looks like we may have some possible TARAus Contestants:
Possible Team #2: Sam Hay & Geoff Stick - Both from Launceston TAS. Possibly the M/M seen at the Meydan racetrack??? Will look through the screencaps when peach is able to put them up :tup:
I presume they're friends. Also we may have our first amputee contestant - Geoff may be an amputee of some kind?? Not sure on specifics though.

Possible Team #3: Sue Bumbak & Teresa Italiano - Both from WA. Possibly the F/F team seen in checking in in Delhi. Possibly the same F/F hippy team seen in Manila

Possible Contestant: Tarryn Lee Thornton - no idea of a partner yet, may need some further investigation. But she's currently a Sports Dietitian for major football clubs (such as St. Kilda and Port Melbourne VFL) and has previously played for Victoria in State basketball.

Nice work Oval! Here is another photo of Geoff. Looks like he has a love or link to horse racing! Here he is winning the mens fashion on the field at the Launceston Cup back in 2010 (notice his left arm):
