Dutch Mole - New series with English subtitles!

ZouLy:
He was right about the Treasurer Curse... oh my gosh...   :o

Somehow when I watch this show, my mind ever spot somekind of "Saw the movie" kind of procedure... challenges in the most-isolated area with all those cool stuff, and later on at the end of the show, they will reveal who set-up the game...

Topita:
Want to share a theory.  :)
Obviously there are loads of them about usually inspired by a lot of tunnel vision.  :lol3:

This one I thought might be interesting though, wanted to run it past you.
Part of it was thought of by others but the link I thought of myself. :P

This is a theory why there might be a hint that Tim's the Mole.
It's about the Monica da Silva trio, consisting in fact of two people instead of three. This may have been used as a Mole clue.

In episode 1, we have a rather elaborate and dramatic beginning where the Mole (according to the footage/ suggestion) takes off 1 hour of the total time of the challenge for the contestants to make it to the wreck of the plane.
Now even with 3 hours they may not have succeeded anyway frankly.  :lol3:

It's clear several contestants commented on not feeling like 3 hours really past. The idea was the Mole sabotaged this obviously but it could well be disguised as a hint too imo.

In episode 2, (waterfall / stair challenge) Tim gets a question in the waterfall/ staircase challenge about him performing with 2 people in this trio.

In episode 4 (bunker challenge), again there's a sign with 3-1=2, belonging to Tim.

In episode 6 (Fish challenge), first they had to take away (i.e. minus!) 3 beams, and after that 2  (3-1=2).

Personally I think I feel there's something off with the citytour/ tower challenge.
It doesn't make sense to me that this was all about 6 people having some kind of tour and then just reversed psychology.

So what if this was part of the hint?? The Mole twittered in the beginning of the series that this would be a 'mathemathical' series (substractions and numbers are maths, right?  ;) )

On that tower Marit and Maarten had to find several numbers and were also given some according to them.

The numbers that stuck out most imo were twice a six (six busses and six people of the orchestra = 2x6 = 12, the 12th Mole, a hint??)

Then look at the paper they got:

3.....2....

Again 3-1=2... In episode 3!!

So what if '4263' refers to the '3-1=2' hint?? (i.e. this reference appearing in those episodes?)
(4263 is a logical sequence with 214263, and one of the episodes was called 'reverse'. i.e. 21=12??).

Also Tim made a joke about Liesbeth turning 26 instead of 38 (i.e. 12 years younger).  :)

What do you guys think about this idea?

ZouLy:
and why is he so agreed with Frits during the voting to throw the Red Card?

He refused Frits' offer to take the joker as well?

He trade diary with Liesbeth in the bus in no worry, and somehow I heard Liesbeth said, there's not much I can see during the 10 seconds, but I saw somewhere he wrote I'm the Mole?

What about the number of exemptions in the first episode, there were 3 of them!! And why would he decide to take the second one and gave Frits the first one? Is this 3-2 = 1..??

The number of exemption at the fifth episode is 1, another substraction with first episode, 3-1 = 2..??

But here's another interesting one,
why does Liesbeth was placed far away from the rest of the group? She even found a dinosaur skeleton? Walking around the beach, maybe wasting time? in purpose? i dunno, haha :D

Tim #1, Liesbeth #2, others are contestants. 80% possibility for Tim as the Mole.

Question: The host never lies, right? At the beginning of EP6 Art said Liesbeth and Hadewych were on the wrong track. It seemed to indicate they were not the Mole?

P.S. I've never guessed anything right. Hope this time I make it right.

Lie, no. But I think he can embellish a little for dramatic effect.
Not sure - I don't think we should read clues into this because the Mole has a persona and sometimes that persona has to show emotion to be credible. I'm not sure to which degree Art is carrying this over. If he says things like that about everyone but the Mole that would be suspicious as well. So I think he just keeps up the story in keeping with the events.
I wouldn't put too much stock in that sort of thing tbh, though this is the first time Art hosts the show so I don't really know.  :)

Well Tim is my lead suspect for the moment as well.
I've been right and wrong so who knows.  :lol3:
In a way I'm hoping I'll be proven wrong, and there's some subtle sabotage going on.
But at the moment, everything seems to fit best with him so I guess I'll stick for now (until he leaves  :groan: :lol3: )
