I'm inclined to believe that because we only see the twins doing it, their speed bump is to wash the elephant either before or after all teams have to ride them.

...Andy and Tommy made something like what the past teams in a detour leg of Season 9 in Bangkok... Decorate and Create a miniature Shrine for Buddha... And it seems it is different... I think it could be creating and decorating a miniature buddhist temple... :lol: :lol: or a switchback or something...
...In season 14, Jodi and Christy performed a speed bump to decorate an elephant with colored paint in the upcoming festival for the satisfaction of a mahoud in Jaipur, India leg... :)
... Oh my, the elephant leg is my favourite... i just miss the elephant leg in Chiang mai...
