As far as I can tell the bags that Cathi carries are the same as the ones that Amani and marcus carry in the "Grass Fed" detour we saw in the sports promo. In the rice detour they have to plant the rice.

In the promo when Kaylani and Lisa are in the mud field they are planting rice. I don't think that the carrying bags has to do with that. The grass fed detour seems to be rather vague and involves carrying several different things.
In that promo you can also see them carrying the meals, in a really brief shot.
