RFF TAR 19 Pick'em Game

It is almost time for another fabulous game!!

But due to some real life conflicts, mswood will not be able to be here enough to run this game as he would like over the next few months. Luckily Joab is going to step into the breach and run this for us all this season!

I'll let him open the TAR 20 season's thread, and fill you all in on the details, but meanwhile....
