I agree, people hate them because their a strong M/M team.
Just look at the latest "who will be eliminated next" poll. Two people are already jumping on the band wagon that they must go next because the other teams are more likable.

I don't see them as the invincible team. They're a team focused in enjoying every second of the race, not making any mistakes, knowing what to do, and trying to be kind to locals so as to get further, and that's a kind of strategy I think I'd follow if I was in the race, really. I think that's it, to race because of the race itself.

Sure it is, but compare their 4 to Andy & Tommy's 12 (at last check). I'm willing to bet at least 6 of those were based on liking them the least.
