still working out the Soviet Union number.  R's gut says 12 but DR must be telling them 15.  even shelly slipped and said 2 then said, oh no, 15.  R doesnt remember but feels like it's 12.  R saying best case scenario would be that would be last answers and its between R and JO and it wont matter but they have to find out cuz cant risk it.
