jordan is talking to her about showering and asks her what she is gonna do..

Shel just wants a diet coke, but all she gets is coffee. She can't eat anymore slop today.
Adam wants to know how long a charlie horse lasts, he fell on a mic pak.. She doesn't think it should last that long.. Shel says to sit down and put one leg over the other and stretch it. Sit on a towel. Go get a heat pack and put that on there.
Jeff: Why don't you go get a cold steak and put that on it. LOL

jordan they said that they wouldnt put up porsche cuz they know she would leave.
rachel so he said he's a pawn..
jordan if she really wante to get you out she coul have put up me shelly or adam but she didnt want to make any new enemies
