I had googled it and it came up with about 3 or 4 definitions, all of which were contradictory, so I couldnt tell and assumed it was some new generational slang term.
Anyway, I dont need to know and wont speculate here in what sense Kalia meant it.

When I went to bed, Rachel had given up because Porsche was camped out in the HoH and K/D were obviously not going to talk in front of her.
