Did the tribe totally forget about the Jury?

Did everyone tonite just totally forget about the Jury tonite? In my opinion, Ted just lost the game tonite about the comment he made about the past 9 people getting voted off for thier actions. I don't think that set real well with Erin and Ken! I don't know, maybe I am just over reacting. I don't think it will set real well with Jake and Penny either.
Just my thoughts
