TexasLady:
Brendon is passionate about his subject. They are talking about cancer and tumors now. Shel asked if cancer is genetic. Brendon says some is, like lung cancer in a non-smoking person. He says our cells are constantly mutating.
TexasLady:
Shel wants to know if people had cancer just as much 60 years ago but they just didn't know as much. Brendon says pancreatic cancer is just a metastasized brain cancer.
TexasLady:
Brendon thinks we all have cancer waiting, he says it was a good thing that Shel had a baseline scan done. She says people wait and wait, thinking they have cancer but find out they don't.
Shel says most people go to WebMD and that's the worst place, they think they have whatever they read.
TexasLady:
Brendon decided after an accident that he would concentrate on cardio like swimming. Weight lifters have bad diets. (Supplements.) More people die of heart attacks than cancer.
TexasLady:
Shel heads into the kitchen, opens the fridge and says: It stinks in here! She's making ice cubes.
