I think 1st leg is possible Manila(easy to transmit)...since they visit Legazpi city on Nov 19th(as 2nd leg).

Hoping that the first leg is to New Zealand then to the Phillipines, if this was to happen the Race would have to start within the next few days unless the first two legs are in the Phillipines.
Also I hope they are going to India this time.

Legaspi again? Will this be TARA all over again? I hope they'll just go to Ilocos Norte or Cebu.
