I'm interested to see how the voting U-turn turns out in this season, because it sounds like a terrible idea..

well I feel like teams will u-turn Paul and Steve (aka Buffet?) all the time. Paul seems rude to other contestants and actually he is kinda doucebag according to his teammate.

hotriceguy:
This is not the way to analysis  the intro in this season!
Compare it to the first season intro and you will find out they only change couple scenes!
These scenes are the new-added scenes:

They changed Hong Kong scene to this bridge in Britain/Vancouver?

They delete the Big Ben scene and add the Great Wall scene

Also, They switch the arrangement of different scene after The Colosseum.
Beside these and different teams, nothing changed.

"I'm over the moon for another season..

We've got further in season 2, we cover 65,000 KM which is a fair span, four continents, and we go places that nobody's ever gone before on the race.. not even the American race.. so often you see the race in Southeast Asia or you know, kinda of set piece places that are designed to be difficult for people, but from travelling a lot myself, I know that often the most difficult places away you think everything operates the same, people speak the same language, they kinda do the same thing, and you can really get tripped up because the systems are just slightly different.

Different after you've seen them are the same , but when you actually trying and excersie anything you come horribly and stuck.

There are places where the environment against them, and some of the challenges having an inherent degree of risk about them
and some of the geography of the actual places and the climates of the places that we go to this season in particular are extremely harsh, very much extreme of each other and test their physical limit enormously,

There's a couple of places, particularly in this last season that I hadn't been written up in my wishlist in life and was spectacular..

you've get to see what you see in the van, in the bus, in a donkey cart, or the kayak that you're using to get where you need to go..

But we do see a lot of stuff .... "

Pardon me if there's some misinterpreted words...
