I found it. It is Thursday June 19th, 1:30 PM - 8 PM at 2 sites in someplace called Put-In-Bay, Ohio, which appears to be near Toledo or Cleveland. Not Rhode Island or Delaware. One of the sites is on Delaware Ave., which is what tripped me up.
