In other words, it's a university-run TAR-style event, not the race itself.

I see the University event in LUGANO, but am NOT seeing anything about Brussels as well...can someone please followup? Not yet convinced one way or another. The timing of the Brussels post seems odd though...

The guy from the University event in Lugano has just posted some pictures from the event and it is clearly NOT our racers. :(
