yes i think these two are winner.
it means :
1. there are foreigners running in ngasem, there's helicopter over the house. said rehanpasa it's amazing race
2. what is amazing race?

ngasem is just couple hundreds metre west from kraton jogja. probably they're headed to taman sari(water castle) ?
