Just a thought, but historically, how much effort have the organisers gone to to avoid monsoons and other such predictable bad weather?
So has India mainly been avoided in the summer races for example?
If they do actively avoid it, then we can rule out places like Mumbai etc. as the next stop..

Actually it could be any of the white couples except yellow. E/J, older, or no color
