Mo still doesn't want to jump, but wants to walk away from the race having faced his greatest fear. He jumps.

Mo says it was one of the best things he's ever done, an awesome feeling. Mos charges in and its hugs all round.

Mos: "When he did it I wanted to give him a kiss"
Mo: "That was my 2nd greatest fear... that he would kiss me"

Surfers waiting for about 30 minutes before Jeff and Luke show up and they both head off.

Surfers & J/L arrive at carts as the first pair leave.

Sisters at intersection, go off to pee before doing the task. Dave and Kelly show up in the interim and are worried. Dave and Kelly can't believe the girls went off to pee while at the intersection. Sam and Renae are 7th at intersection and have to wait for Mo and Mos.

Mo and Mos are there, girls telling them to hurry.

Renae: "There will be none of that walking, either"

Alana and Mel have lost Dave and Kelly

Dave: "Fancy taking off for a piss!"

Girls are hopelessly lost and the bikers can't believe it.

Sam and Renae are also lost, getting a police escort.

Mo: "I guess that's why the girls don't need maps."

Mel: "Dave's a man, I'm a man, Alana is sick, so its kind of a two man team we're working with here."

Mel- First female chauvanist ever?

The first pair are at the orphanage, village is reminiscent of where US TAR used to go in South Africa, although nobody has been told they'll get killed for being there yet.

Matt and Tom have never come in contact with orphans, are thankful for where they live. Anastasia wants to kiss all the kids and Chris picks one up.

Chris: "I want to take one home" :groan:

And back

Matt and Tom in first place officially

Detour: Guns or Rose (Rose-ay)

Guns- Shoot nine targets

Roes- Fill a wine barrel with Rose wine.

Second pair finish intersection. Jeff picks up a few kids, more cuddles for the kiddies.

Luke misses his 6 y.o son at home, but hopes this experience will make him a better dad.

Jeff and Luke get 3rd place credit, both are going for guns.

Dave and Kelly wonder how the girls got a police escort and ask if they can get one too.

Girls are being taskmasters but nor really contributing much. Mo and Mos's trailer comes apart

Renae: "We love them but its frustrating."

Sam: "They're not the sharpest tools in the shed which is fine, they've got other qualities. But I don't think its hard to pack a trailer and make sure its tight."

Third pair at orphanage, Dave enjoys the experience. Mel is all businsess and DAVE PRONOUNCES ROSE CORRECTLY!

Both teams are doing Rose

Matt is glad to shoot, hasn't handled a gun in 20 days and wants to relieve the frustration.

They've both been shooting since about four.

Tom: "We had to shoot our feeds before we were off the breast."

The farmers are not as good as they think.

Matt (to Tom): "Pretty piss poor effort if you ask me."

Nathan gets it first try, notches up 4 in his first round of 5 shots.

Luke pops a cool 3/5

Chris and Ana at the wine task, Chris picks up the barrel and carries it, though they were supposed to roll it.

Chris tells Ana to wait. She doesn't, cue yelling.

We're into the area seen in promos. Ana sits down and tells Chris he can do it himself. Ana looks way too smug as she sits there decidedly not helping. She honestly looks like she thinks she's won something here.

And back

Chris: "Who do you think you're making proud, your parents? You're supposed to say I'm sorry for not listening and then I say I'm sorry for screaming at you. If you don't have the womanness to admit you were wrong for not listening, then I'll apologize."

Back at the guns, Matt hit four in a row then "Got a cocky and missed the last one"

Jeff is destroying targets. Surfers finish first, Jeff and luke right behind, Matt and Tom no more than a few shots behind in 3rd.

Teams must now ride quad bikes along 20km of sand dunes at the Cape Town Dunes, searching for baskets containing clues, BUT! Only 3 baskets have clues, if teams turn over a non clue basket, they will find an hourglass of varying sizes that they must then turn over and wait to run out before continuing.

Chris: "I know where I was wrong, but I don't think she does, I know I shouldn't have screamed."

Chris and Ana are done, in fourth.

Last pair at orphanage, Mo lost him mum at ten years old, so this hits him pretty hard. Models dishing out hugs and Mo and Mos deal in high fives. No credits for 7th/8th given.

Renae is in tears as they drive away. Dave and Kelly nearing the winery and Kelly has lost the map.

Kelly: "I decided to donate my map to the orphanage, unintentionally."

Dave is not happy, spitting out sarcastic barbs left and right, stopping for a coffee seems to be his favourite subject at the moment.

And we're back

Kelly at a supermarket to get a new map.

Dave: "GET A BLOODY MOVE ON!" He's also honking a lot and doing some general kicking up a fuss. Also tells Kelly to shut up.

Kelly: "Pull your head in"

And now they're all laughing.

Surfers and jeff and Luke at the dunes, on the course. Surfers take the first basket, its an hourglass. Jeff and Luke take the second and its also an hourglass. Matt and Tom are at the dunes & Jeff and Luke find another hourglass. Dave and Kelly & Alana and Mel at the winery.

Mel: "My thing farted"

Jeff and Luke find another hourglass.

Nathan and Tyler breeze past for the next one. Matt and Tom and surfers get an hourglass. Nathan and Tyler seem to have found a long one.

Mos: "Muslims and alcohol don't go well together, so we're doing guns. Although, some might say that muslims and guns don't go well together."

As if to back up his point, Mos hits 3 in a row.

Dave and Kelly done with the wine, Alana and Mel not far behind. Sam and Renae only just getting to the winery.

Sam and Renae starting to bicker a little, but not yelling yet.

Sam: "What do you want to do? Don't tell me what to do and just do it."

Jeff and Luke: "Everything was going really well until we found the biggest, baddest hourglass we've ever seen.

Surfers and farmers have clues, drie to Pit Stop-Rhodes Memorial in Cape Town. Last team may be eliminated.
