Yes, from pictures like this one you can tell that this location is definitely Jomblang Caves.
This site has some more pictures and a lot of great info. As you can kind of see from the promo it is a vertical cave with entrance by rappelling only. At the bottom is access to a tunnel that is quite large. That must be what they are in.
Also it is 2 hours from Jogja.
But I don't know if this pic is in that cave. It doesn't seem the same.
