After watching that promo. Personally I am 100% certain the cowboys will be safe. It seems like they are smiling and that they have a good tone of voice. :hearts:
But we still need to speculate.

OMG I finally found something helpful-
The confessional at the end of Promo 1 of Cord saying "This really could be out last leg" was shot from the end of last episode.
Notice the scenery is the exact same as the scenery from the clip "Jet, the Cowboy Psychologist" found on http://www.cbs.com/primetime/amazing_race/ , So they haven't even run the leg yet.
So therefore, I would say they probably aren't safe at all.
