It's called having good navigational skills
Prophet:
What I got from this episode and others is that the cowboys not only have bad navigation, they drive really slow.
Justin went flying by them on the way to Salzburg.
I agree the RB was lame and I don't understand why it was after the detour and I would have rather seen another KRL. That really would have shook them up. :snicker:

I think Ford's presence is a good sign, actually. The Ford Focus is a next-generation sort of vehicle with the hybrid power and high tech features, so it would appeal to the TAR demographic.
As least the product placement was actually related to having a clue that the teams had to solve; notice how teams had problems reading the letters for the location backwards. A legitimate clue (of which we had a few this leg.)

I'm really sorry but this episode was pretty boring, especially the chimney sweeps task and Freud's one :groan:
In This season most of the tasks are boring.. :( .I think the production has some budget problems..... :'(
Hoping they bring back the old amazing race, with breathtaking, fun and unique tasks......
They worse every year

How could Zev & Justin have passed almost every other team on the road to Salzburg without speeding? Aren't there rules on the race that regulate speed on the roads? I'm surprised they did not receive a penalty...
--- End quote ---
There have been a handful of legs where Racers are told outright that they must maintain a speed of less than X for safety reasons, and Production will penalize them if they go over that X. But most of the time, it is indeed 'go as fast as you feel is prudent' and we have seen teams getting pulled over for speeding (and I think getting tickets) in previous Races.
