I was going to guess that the mary poppins photo clue had to do with this:
That shot is from the song "step in time" (not chim-chiminy-whatever), at least I think it is, and therefore there was some connection between step in time = flight time = team that gets eliminated.
Talk about paralysis by analysis.

The Chimney Sweep Museum in the Fourth District of Vienna has been operating for over 15 years. This site is geared towards the history of chimney sweeping in Vienna, comprising exhibits of old equipment, chimneys, ovens and documents. You'll also find there New Year postcards and good luck charms. The city's 150 chimney sweepers have trained six years for their professions, and had to pass exams in fire and safety regulations. The sweeps enjoy a reputation as 'bringers of good luck'. Former sweep Günther Nowak hosts visitors around the museum.

The Express Pass replaces the Fast Forward, folks.
That's why the FF wasn't seen last season, and won't be seen this season.
It shouldn't be that hard to figure out.

There was a FF last season. Nat and Kat won it in Narvik, Norway. They ate the sheeps head.
