I'm a 100% positive, the castle shown at 0:10 of the promo is the Hohenfeste Salzburg, overlooking Salzburg city. And now that I think about it, in the first promo at 0:17 Vyxsin has a map of Salzburg in her hands.

This Billa is a market/grocery in Wien but there seem to be a lot of them and no Street View is not helping pinpoint one.
