We pretty much have all this, just a different link.

I was so disappointed when TAR 11 only did an insider clip dinner there, I loved the mine stuff we found.

--- Quote ---The Amazing Race – the Israeli edition – is the third series to be made in Krakow and the second with the participation of the Krakow Film Commission. This year, on the 7th of April, the programme’s participants carried out tasks in the city. Places they visited in Krakow included the International Airport at Balice, the Market Square in the Old Town, ul. Szeroka, the Ballet School at ul. Św. Tomasza 37, ul. Grodzka, the Vistula River embankments in the vicinity of the Wawel Dragon, the Main Railway Station, as well as Wieliczka Salt Mine.

The first, American edition, was made six years ago. The second, Australian edition was shot in November 2010 (with the participation of the Krakow Film Commission).

The Krakow Film Commission, together with the Warsaw-based Bow&Axe Entertainment company, represented by Marek Nowowiejski, were responsible for completion of all formalities connected with the obtaining of approvals and permits for shooting of the programme in Krakow locations.

Last year, for the first time together with the Krakow Film Commission, we made a part of an episode for the Australian edition. Thanks to the professional work with the Krakow Film Commission, this year we have decided to organise shooting of a whole episode of the Israeli edition in Krakow, stresses Marek Nowowiejski who is responsible for most of the episodes taking place in Europe.

It appears this is near where the race started!  :wohoo:

Apparently teams needed to untangle the yellow ropes to get their keys to the cars and then climb up to them.

A quote from the photographer:

--- Quote ---An Israeli show called "The Race to the Million" (shekels, not dollars), with eleven pairs of contestants. The "race" element was not convincing, as I think this is decided on social, not athletic competition. The contestants came running down the street, through the flags that you see in picture #2, extracted a set of car keys by untwisting about 100 m of heavy yellow twisted and knotted rope, then climbed up to their cars, which were then lowered to the ground so that they could drive off to the airport to leave for their next adventure. You have to wonder why most of the construction gear in the city and two studies worth of camera crews were dedicated to create this non-event, but that's entertainment. I hope Hyundai got their money's worth for loaning the cars.
