I say Ryan Agoncillo or Paolo Bediones.
Though Paolo has Extreme Makeover already.  I think TV5 could easily let Ryan host.  He has experience hosting Fear Factor and they could give Talentadong Pinoy's slot to TAR.

Other possible hosts could be TARA alums Marc Nelson (who has plenty of TV hosting experience), his partner Rovilson or the Richards of TARA4.
