What comes first RB Or detour ?

The roadblock. Not only does it always come first these days, the first clue after arriving is a route info found at a tonga stand and it tells them to do the RB.

Peach, I think there was something in the photo descriptions showing the first clue was to the tonga stand, leading into the RB.
(They haven't posted the photos to the CBS site yet, just to the PressExpress site.)

I combined these two captions:
"You Don't Get Paid Unless You Win (Varanasi, India)"--After making their way to Varanasi, India, Harlem Globetrotters Flight Time (left) and Big Easy (right) must find a local tonga stand where they will be handed their next clue on THE AMAZING RACE, Sunday, April 3 (8:00-9:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network.
and
"You Don't Get Paid Unless You Win (Varanasi, India)"--After making their way to a local tonga stand in Varanasi, India, Cowboy brothers Cord (left) and Jet (right) discover that this Road Block will lead them to the meaning of life and their next clue on THE AMAZING RACE, Sunday, April 3 (8:00-9:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network.

I just want us to be cautious...RB's and Detours can flip flop first...and the light in the boats looks later to me. And supposedly the boats lead to the Detours...but that could also be possible if they use them again to cross over to the fort for the Pitstop as well??
Also cap 13 with K/J crossing the stones looks as though they could be coming from a boat up a ghat as well, and we know that shrine area with the holy man is right around the corner from one of the main Ghats...so who knows?
The watch shots I posted looked like to my eye to perhaps be 1040>1130, but can't be sure...
