It reminds more of the speedbump that the cowboys had to do in Malaysia, where they had to find the correct taste of the tea, only this is more extended.

I suspect that with all the teams being at the apparent roadblock task, that it came soonest after teams arrived in Kolkuta. I suspect the detour comes after, and that, unless I'm missing something, it is impossible to guess which team reaches the pit stop just from that.

Since you guys were discussing teams who were eliminated after being shown in the preview, I've got a short list here:
Shana & Jennifer (almost hit by a bus in TAR12)
Azaria & Hendekea (shown to be panicking through the Vilnius airport in TAR12)
Mika & Canaan (waterslide trouble in TAR15)
Zev & Justin (losing passports in TAR15) (not 100% sure about this one)
Steve & Linda (getting lost in TAR14) (once again, I'm not 100% sure about this)
Thinking even further back, I think Alison & Donny and Jim & Marsha got shown in previews before their respective eliminations. I also think Fran & Barry in TAR9 were shown.
There are obviously a lot more examples, but I just wrote down those that came to mind first.

I think we need another promo or two to decide what story CBS is trying to tell us this week.
I was shocked that the Redheads were able to U-Turn another team without completing the entire Detour.

Based on caps 11-12, the Roadblock is being performed by Zev, Ron, Flight Time, Kisha, Kent, Mallory, and Jet. And of course, we know Luke is doing it. They spoiled the entire Roadblock in this promo!
I wonder why Kisha, Mallory, Jet, and Kent are all doing it out of turn. (double roadblock?)
