S22 Ep 4 "Don't You Work For Me?"

Russell. Out. I hate it.
Kristina. Out to Redemption Island. I hate it.

My bets are going out! And the boring people stays sans Stephanie and Philip! :'( :'( :'( :'(

This must be my favourite Survivor moment yet. To have Russell semi voted off only to fear that he'd enter the game again, and then have him lose to Matt and get his buff completely burnt. He's gone, for good. Wow?!?!?! I can't believe it, but I'm ecstatic.

And I find it extremely interesting how Rob and Russell were both villains, but had totally opposite lives this season. One became such a pain to the tribe that they had to throw a challenge just to get him out, and the other has the whole tribe eating out of his hands. I don't know whether to be amazed by Rob's capability, or amazed that none of his alliance actually thought of getting him out. How could they not even suspect Rob searching for the Idol? And why do they have to listen to every of his instructions? I like Rob, I think he's redeemed himself from Heroes vs. Villains, but a part of me still hopes for him to get voted off sometime.

I'm worried for Ometepe, they're clearly not as strong as Zapatera, physically. Perhaps it was a mistake voting Matt off so early. Now Kristina joins Matt on Redemption Island, I'm still totally rooting for Matt, but I just can't see him winning challenge after challenge. We'll see how it goes.

I'm loving this season of Survivor so much so far!

It was a very exciting episode to watch from the duel all the way to the tribal council.


1) Happy that Russell lost to Matt. Way to go Matt! Hoping that we can stage a grand comeback!

2) Ometepe is still sucking at challenges. They only won once when Zapatera threw it. They are in trouble!!!

3) Rob is like the king in Ometepe and he is making mistakes keeping Philip instead of Kristina.

4) Sad that Kristina was voted out.

5) Even though I like Kristina, hoping for Matt to beat her because I like Matt more! Go Matt!

Yes, I loved the little feller. He is on the short list for the biggest villain on Reality TV. He was pure evil, always had a plan and never dull. I guess I'll have to root for Rob now.  :snicker:

Well I am ready for Rob to go too. I dont think it is too fair to all the other players to have two experienced players there. Russell's plan worked till all the new players (well most of them) had seen how he plays. Now Zapatera will do what Surivior is all about....find out who are the real players there. They will whittle out their dead wood....

Matt and Kristina appear to discuss Rob's manipulating of their tribe and seems like they make a speech to the spectators while at the duel. It is going to be fun to see how they come across. Whether they sound like they are whining or whether they are being prophetic. I just bet that Matt's little sweetie is there this time. She is already shakey in Rob's alliance.
