I think they all receive something, but the amounts may be different. Also specially recruited teams ie Rob and Amber, GT's etc sometimes receive another fee over and above.

I think you can add Laurence and Zac to the list. And I'm also very sure they're promised of a certain fixed amount no matter which place they come in. Yep.
