I don't know where to post this, but..
Has anyone tried to use these performance index formula in Excel? It doesn't seem to work out for me. It ends up in a number just slightly higher or lower.

If anyone solved it, please tell me how to type the formula in Excel so I can calculate TAR team's domination index! Thanks!

I think the performance formula listed is wrong (based on the articles explanation). Because if a team finished 1st, their performance would be 1-(1/#) or something less than 1. I think the correct formula is 1-[(placement-1)/(teams-1)]
