Yeah, I think he said they had to eat the frog's legs! Don't think it was a joke either.

 Maybe the task was that they had to catch a frog in the mud pit and eat the frog's leg....But I don't think that it is possible since...Can you find frogs in mud?

The description on the photos said, "search for a buried frog," so I'm sure it is probably a ceramic or wooden frog.

Suggesting that they would eat the frog's legs is typical of Zev's humor.  Remember the joke about Steakhouses in the Outback?  He has a very dry sense of humor.
