It's right near where the ferry docks, so I would guess they are on their way to the Town Hall for the rest point.

I think we can assume that when teams are driving themselves in kangaroo suits they are on their way to the PS.

In pictures 9-11: it looks like Justin is giving Jen a high five. Maybe they worked together?
In pictures 32-34: Jet and Cord are smiling and Jet is holding a Route Info clue. Looks like they're running to the pit stop. I think the ghost riders are back in the saddle again! :mechbull:
