Yes, I think you got it. They are walking past a 'driveway' off of 16th Street that goes towards a line of wind-generators. There was a big pile of ancient rubbish there and a clipped section of barbed wire fence that I may or may not have gone through to hunt for paper airplanes. :snicker:

Well I see/saw the fence line in this photo.....but I didnt see it anywhere else in the screencaps.....so didnt report it.
