Hopefully they'll feature fresh Indonesian locations. Since they want to promote tourism in the country, they should feature different and exotic locations not usually featured. At least, I hope.

India wasn't eligible this time I think because AXN no longer airs in the country? And they only opened applications to countries that carry AXN.

Yes! Japan was eligible. I just found the list of eligible countries:
Brunei, Cambodia, People's Republic of China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Macau, Malaysia, Maldives, Mongolia, Myanmar, Papua New Guinea, Philippines, Republic of Palau, Singapore, South Korea, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam
