If you read the application form for TAR 19 it says at some point that the money are awarded when the final episode of the season is aired. So the winners have not yet received any money. They have to wait until the middle of May 2011 or about there.

Is it me or is Phil's voice incredibly high pitched and squeaky this season? Have TPTB told Phil to crank up the excitement a notch?

He started to have that voice since S17. :) And I love it, it's not boring. :hearts:
