I find that very unlikely.......if it was true.....all the different teams wouldnt be telling all these "street people" they needed to go to Toyko..........they would mention that other mysterious city

Maybe find a clue in Tokyo,then take shinkansen to other city?They had Tokyo leg in S15,I think they will change city...
