The far bottom right is the face of a dark-skinned man. I would be surprised if there was a racer in that shot.

The cowboy hat looks more like a Gaucho(?) style hat to me (no upturned brims) ...and that is def ZOT Jet or Cord in that pic. :lol:

I tried lightening up that picture and tinkering with the contrast and the guy in the cowboy hat still looks like he has a dark complexion and not a light complexion like Jet or Cord. It does not look like Luke to me either. I think it must have been taken in Brazil and is at a samba dance task of some kind.
