If It was started indoors, I would guess they started at the Staples Center.

The racers began arriving at LAX around 6pm Pacific yesterday...
Who know what they could have been doing before arriving at the airport.. Startline task, route infos, etc.
The race could have still started while it was light out. Right?

There was an idea that there was a startline task (peach said) and so this may be why they arrived at 6pm at the Airport

And people tweeted the sightings at the airport around 6pm Pacific.
So it could have taken them awhile to actually send the message to twitter.. Especially if they are working at the airport, etc.
Currently i am just searching ... "airport" near:"Sydney" ... in twitter haha
