Yeah I froze right at Jill & THomas getting to the Roadblock....and it never picked back up.  Oh well off to find alternative sources, to watch....

Jobby:
Am i the only one around who's glad that Nick and Vicki gets to stay another day? These two are simply clueless and they don't even bother to race and take their time! Apart on the third Ghana leg which Nick lost his temper, these two were extremely fun to watch! And TARA ought to take a leaf out of TAR. NEL @ Final 9 and Final 7 = COOL. NEL @ Final 10 and Final 9 = LAME.

I LOVEDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD THE DETOUR. I would have done music because Film doesn't makes any sense to me. The strategy i thought of would be to listen to just one thing at a time and make sure i pick the correct one. As shown by how Nick and Vicki finally finished the Detour with that strategy. One thing at a time!

And don't you just love the fact that we all just don't know what's going to happen each and every week? Everybody expected Gary and Mallory to be eliminated this leg.. but look, they're still sticking around and it's simply awesome! I really like Gary and Mallory and i really hope they stay and stick around even longer. It's great fun to watch these two race.

And did i mention Jill and Thomas and Chad and Stephanie are still bearable to watch IMO? The thing with Chad and Stephanie is that they quarrel, and they never fail to patch up. Which is kinda sweet after watching how they went through their ups and downs. As for Jill and Thomas.... they're just not as exciting to watch.

Nat and Kat are kinda boring IMO as well. But they've got their good moments. A good team to put on the race would be Brooke and Claire, who never fail to provide funny/memorable moments on the race. I think Phil's secretly in love with those two. He always seemed so happy when the two of them checked-in.

FUNNY ROADBLOCK and it's great! WAS ROOTING FOR KEVIN AND MICHAEL TO WIN THE LEG. DARN IT! Kevin should have listen to his dad~~!

Other than that! Another great TAR leg! Enjoying this season SOOOOOO MUCH BETTER than TAR 15 and TAR 16!!

DrRox:
Well lots of "personality" still left in this race. I truly believe that TPTB really tries to cast lots of personality for every race. It's just that when the race starts and the cameras come out, I just think some of the racers change. To me, it seems like most of the personality had gotten eliminated pretty early starting with TAR13. As 13,14,15, and 16 droned on, they got pretty dull. A few of them even got mean spirited.

This one seems to be a pretty happy bunch....even Chat and Steph.....They are a pretty new couple and it looks to me they are still working out "boundries" in that relationship. Jill and Thomas have been together for 4 years and seem to have pretty well established those boundries. They know their places, have their little disagreements and move on.

I really like this bunch still....so far, only Katie and Rachel seem to be unpleasant....but maybe the others at ES will convert them over.....

Ruth:
Once again, I really loved this leg. It was exciting till the end! First, we have all the teams struggling at the two Detours. Then, Jill and Thomas come up and snag first place. But they got lost on the way to the Roadblock, letting Brook and Claire get there in first place. Brook proceeded to get lost while searching for the Marked Field, allowing Michael and Kevin to catch up. Kevin completed the Roadblock in first, and we'd have thought that they'd come in first at the pit-stop. But Brook and Claire and Jill and Thomas were all done shortly after. Brook and Claire got stuck at the gas station, leaving first place a battle between Michael and Kevin and Jill and Thomas. Michael and Kevin got lost at the pit-stop, giving first place to Jill and Thomas yet again. And then Brook and Claire caught up, bumping the father/son to third place. What a leg! The top three teams switched positions like anything during the course, and I just love that. It makes the whole leg less predictable and so much more exciting.

I like it when Chad and Stephanie fight and make up. It was sweet when Chad was saying how he should learn to listen to Stephanie. What I didn't like was how they made fun of Mallory! Perhaps it was a joke, but... I'm starting to find them a little mean.

I really expected Gary and Mallory to come in last and be eliminated. But I'm so glad they're still in the race. Mallory is just great fun to watch, and I love the support between her and her dad.

I liked it that Nick and Vicki stayed calm despite having so much trouble at the Detour, even having to switch twice. And it was sooooo endearing when Nick spoke about the lessons he'd learnt from Ghana, promising not to yell at Vicki again. That was really, really sweet. I'm glad they didn't panic and run each other down, but stayed cool all the way to the pit-stop. And yes, it's pretty cool to have another NEL before the Final 6. Not every team who comes in last in the earlier legs is necessarily an unworthy team. So I'm glad that TAR is taking this into consideration, as seen from this season! =)
