Big w ladies ad shown - in Vietnam, philipines and indonesia. Where are those bloody stairs?

Ok here are some screenshots I took that I think are 'important'
I believe we are just being teased by Channel 7 with the first 3-4 episodes max.
I am thinking Leg 2 MAY have been Philippines followed by Vietnam for Leg 3.

And the 2nd, 3rd and 4th photos above there is a roadblock at Imperial City in Hue with irregularly coloured flags (green and red used). Teams known to have been there are the Big W ladies, Mo and Mos, Joey and partner (seen in background of 4th pic), Models/Boxers and another team in background of picture 4.
The first picture shows Mo and Mos going toward mat in what I think is the Philippines which is the same background as the one with the farmers running to in previous promo (note the colour of flags is normal here so not Vietnam).
still collating info - bow and arrow may have been Philippines roadblock or other detour choice (with my ox is broken the other)
we also see a task where one of the big w ladies is carrying two baskets connected by a pole and one of the models/boxers is behind her!

The aircraft they are jumping out of ( ZS-PSG Cessna 550 Citation Bravo ) is registered in South Africa...
